2 ripe bananas (can freeze for a creamier smoothie)

2 12 cups (360ml) soy milk

2 tbsp. hemp seeds

34 tsp. pumpkin pie spice blend

2 soft dates 

12cup (45g) quick oats

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Optional: Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice blend before serving.
