Ingredients

1 cup (190g) frozen blueberries 

1 cup (90g) whole rolled oats

2 cups (480ml) plant-based milk of choice

1 lemon 

1 tbsp. hemp seeds 

1 tbsp. flax meal (ground flax seeds)

Optional toppings:

14 cup (45g) blueberries 

2 tbsp granola of choice

Directions

  1. Zest the lemon. Mix the frozen blueberries, whole rolled oats, plant-based milk, hemp seeds, lemon zest, and flax meal together in a container with a lid. Place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, serve the oats in 2 bowls.

    Optional: Top with fresh blueberries and granola.
