1 banana, sliced and frozen

1 tbsp. flaxseed meal

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened

Optional

12 tsp. ground cinnamon

12 avocado

2 tsbp almond butter or peanut butter

avocado

Any greens you like
