2 cup (480ml) unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp. maple syrup

12 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups (380g) fresh berries of choice

1 apple

Directions

  1. Place the chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup and almond milk into a bowl and mix well to combine. Place the bowl into the fridge overnight.

  2. Layer the pudding into 3 glasses and top with chopped berries and apple slices.

    Tips:

    For added protein, serve with an extra tablespoon of granola or hemp seeds or add a tablespoon of Pure Trim Protein
