1 medium ripe banana

1 cup frozen raspberries (230g)

12 cup plant milk (150ml)

2 tbsp. chia seeds

Directions

  1. Slice the banana and place it in a high speed blender or food processor, along with the frozen raspberries, milk and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
