1 tsp. vanilla extract

14 cup (85g) maple syrup

Directions

  1. Add the strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight), until the mixture reaches a thick pudding-like consistency.

  3. Serve, garnished with additional fresh strawberries or your other favorite toppings.
