Healthy Watermelon Sorbet
Directions
Slice the watermelon and banana and place in the freezer till frozen.
In a high-power blender, add the frozen watermelon, frozen banana, lime juice and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight or for about 3-4 hours, until solid.
Allow thawing for a few minutes before serving.
