Ingredients

4 tbsp. olive oil

12 cup (70g) pine nuts

12 lemon, juiced

3 cloves garlic

12 cup (12g) basil leaves

1 cup (30g) baby spinach

2 tbsp. nutritional yeast

1 tbsp. water

14 tsp. salt

black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.

  2. Serve with your favorite dishes, or use in our Tofu Pesto Scramble.
