Tahini Tomatoes On Toast

Roughly chop the tomatoes and place them into a bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic, tahini, cilantro, nutritional yeast, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and set aside to rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Toast the bread and divide the tomato mixture between each slice of toast. Sprinkle with chili flakes and serve.
