14 cup Fresh mint, loosely packed

23 head Iceberg lettuce, cored

12 cup Fresh parsley leaves, loosely packed

1 12 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 each Large cucumber, peeled

1 cup Filtered water

1 cup Ice or 12 cup filtered water

Garnish: Peas and mint sprigs

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
