Ingredients

1 cup Chopped fresh kale, stems removed, loosely packed

1 cup Chopped fresh collard greens, stems removed, loosely packed

1 cup Chopped fresh mustard greens, stems removed, loosely packed

2 each Green apple, cored

1 each Medium banana

1 12 cups Unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup Ice or 12 cup filtered water

Garnish: Small pieces of kale

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
