1 each Large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped

1/2 each Small beet, peeled and roughly chopped

3 each Large Roma tomatoes, cored

1 cup Baby spinach, loosely packed

14 each Medium green bell pepper, seeded

1 each Sweet onion slice (18-inch thick)

18 head Iceberg lettuce, cored

14 tsp Ground cayenne (optional)

12 cup Filtered water

1 cup Ice or 12 cup filtered water

Sea salt and pepper - to taste

Garnish: parsley sprigs

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
