Ingredients

3 cups (240g) rolled oats

1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

1 cup (150g) walnuts, chopped

1 cup (30g) dried apple chips

1 tsp. vanilla extract

4 tbsp. olive oil

5 tbsp. maple syrup

pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients, and stir well.

  3. Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and place in the hot oven to bake for around 20 minutes, tossing 2-3 times during cooking time.

  4. Remove the sheet from the oven and set it aside on a wire rack to cool completely.

  5. Store in an airtight container on the countertop for up to 2 weeks.
