1 each Large collard green leaf

1 each Small avocado, pitted

34 cup Loosely packed cilantro leaves

13 cup Water

2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lime juice

1 cup Ice OR 12 cup filtered water

Garnish: Fresh pineapple chunks

Garnish: green bell pepper slices

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
