1 cup Fresh raspberries

1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

1 cup Ice OR 12 cup filtered water

Garnish: Peach slices and flaxmeal

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high-powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until frothy. Add the chia and pulse to combine.
