Directions

  1. Place the oats in a small bowl and cover with boiling water, then set aside.

  2. Place the banana, almond butter, and carob or vanilla protein into a blender. Add in the plant-based milk and drained oats, then blitz until smooth.

  3. Serve straight away in a glass.
