2 cups (135g) fresh kale packed

1 1/2 cups (210g) frozen mangoes

1 apple

1/4 cup (12g) mint leaves loosely packed

1/2 heaped cup (60g) cucumber

1 1/3 cup (320ml) coconut water

3 tbsp. hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Chop and remove the core of the apple. Chop and measure out the cucumber.

  2. Place the kale, mangoes, apple, mint, cucumber, hemp seeds, and water into a blender.

  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  4. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Tip: For a sweeter smoothie, add stevia, dates, or maple syrup before blending.
