8 Pears, medium, cored

1 cup Radicchio Leaves, cut into 1- inch pieces

2 tbsp Pine nuts

1/4 tsp Finely grated Lemon Zest

1/4 cup Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

2 cups Ice OR 1 cup Filtered Water Garnish: 1-inch Radicchio Leaf pieces
