1 tbsp Raw sesame seeds

2 tbsp Chia seeds

2 tbsp Raw, shelled pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp Raw almonds

1 12 cups Unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp Raw sunflower seeds

1 tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut

2 each Medium bananas

2 cups Ice or 1 cup filtered water

Garnish: shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
