4 each Red Delicious apples, cored

12 tsp Finely grated lemon zest

1 each Large banana

12 cup Filtered water

1 cup Ice or 12 cup filtered water

Garnish: Lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth. Strain to remove the seeds, if desired
