14 each Small jicama, peeled

2 each Medium banana

4 each Oranges, peeled

1 cup Ice or 12 cup filtered water

Garnish: grapefruit segments

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
