14 cup Raw pecans

2 each Medium bananas

1 cup Kale, stems removed, loosely packed

2 tsp Ground cinnamon

1 cup Ice or 12 cup filtered water

Garnish: pecan pieces

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
