1 tsp Chopped fresh rosemary leaves

6 each Dates

2 tsp Lemon juice

12 each Large banana

2 cups Ice or 1 cup filtered water

Garnish: fresh rosemary and raspberries

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
