4 each Red Delicious apples

4 each Large fresh rhubarb stalks, leaves removed, and thinly sliced

2 cups Unsweetened almond milk

14 cup Chopped raw walnuts

3 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 cups Ice OR 1 cup filtered water

Garnish: chopped raw walnuts

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
