34 cup (175 ml) coconut water

14 cup (60 ml) almond milk

2 or 3 handfuls of spinach

2 or 3 handfuls kale (stems removed)

1 tbsp (11 g) (0.39oz) flaxseeds

1 Juice of lemon or lime (about 3 tbsp, or 45 ml)

1 cup, or 140 g or 4.9oz A big scoop of ice

1 medium green apple, cored

1 banana

Directions

  1. To a blender, add the coconut water, almond milk, spinach, kale, flaxseeds, and lemon juice. Blend on high until smooth. Toss in the ice, apple, and banana, and blend until the desired consistency.
