Ingredients

1 ½ cup (350ml) vanilla yogurt, soy or normal

5 tbsp. (30g) rolled oats

1 tbsp. honey

2-4 strawberries, sliced

1 kiwi, sliced

Directions

  1. In the evening, mix the yogurt and rolled oats, then refrigerate overnight in a jar.

  2. In the morning, add the honey and mix well. Transfer into serving bowls and serve topped with fresh strawberries and kiwi.
