Overnight Blueberry Lemon Oats

Directions

  1. Zest the lemon. Mix the frozen blueberries, whole rolled oats, plant-based milk, hemp seeds, lemon zest, and flax meal together in a container with a lid. Place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, serve the oats in 2 bowls.

    Optional: Top with fresh blueberries and granola.
