Ingredients

8 fl oz. (240ml) water

1.4 oz. (40g) rolled oats

12 tsp. curry powder

2.8 oz. (80g) edamame beans

Directions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small pot, and add the rolled oats and curry powder. Reduce to a steady simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until the oats are tender and most of the water has been absorbed.

  2. Add the edamame to the pot, cover with a lid, remove it from the heat, and set aside to steam for 5 minutes. Now remove the lid and stir everything until well combined.

  3. Place the oats into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
