2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 tbsp. peanut butter/almond butter

assorted nuts and seeds, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Divide the rolled oats between two bowls.

  2. Add 3 tbsp of water to each. Stir in a mashed banana.

  3. Let stand for 10 minutes.

  4. Drizzle with peanut butter/almond butter and garnish with nuts, seeds, and seasonal fruit.
