Black Olive Hummus

Directions
Place the olives, chickpeas and garlic into a food processor and pulse the ingredients together until they start to form a paste. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and blitz again adding the oil slowly.
If the hummus is too thick, start adding the water ½ teaspoon at a time, to reach the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator to enjoy later.
