3. ADD PROTEIN

  • Peanut butter

  • Chia Seeds

4. CHOOSE A BASE

Add 1-2 cups of liquid

  • Plant-Based Milk (Coconut/Almond/Rice/Soy)

  • Coconut Water

  • Almond Milk

  • Water

5. THICKEN UP
