Chili Sin Carne
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a large pot, season with salt and pepper and place the pot on the stove over medium/low heat. Bring the chili to a gentle simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring, until warmed through.
Divide the chili between 4 bowls and serve with steamed rice, lime wedges and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
